With this sling and the aks tandem spreader bar (see image), even difficult transfer situations can be managed. Transfers of patients with hip or back problems as well as leg amputations can also be carried out without difficulty. The leg supports are additionally padded with foam, ensuring the thighs are supported securely and comfortably. The head support, which can be secured with a hook-and-loop fastener, provides additional stability.

Standing sling with chest loop and seat hammock for the aks Torneo II and Torneo compact models in sizes S–XXL

This standing sling is intended exclusively for use with the new aks-torneo II active lifter and torneo compact. The previously proven standing sling has been extended with the comfortable seat hammock for transfers in a seated position. The calf strap (included) provides the user with increased safety and support.

The dualo® mini combines two types of hoist in one. It can be used as a stand-up hoist and/or, with the appropriate accessories, as a passive patient hoist. In addition, the “mini” meets all the requirements of a “full-size” model. With its more compact dimensions it is more manoeuvrable, making it ideal for use in small rooms and through narrow doorways.

This sling is ideally suited for the quick and straightforward transfer of persons. It features an integrated, padded back reinforcement and a chest loop that gives the patient a sense of security. With this configuration, the sling can also be used as a hygiene sling. The patient must have sufficient postural stability.

A set of rechargeable batteries for AKS patient hoists

As a further development, this sling offers a range of advantages. Thanks to the special back reinforcement, which transitions seamlessly into the head support, the back and head area are supported and kept upright. In addition to the leg and shoulder loops, 4-way adjustable head loops also allow the sling to be individually adapted to the patient. This provides greater safety and support. The mesh in the buttock area prevents the patient from slipping out. The special shape of the leg supports makes it easier to lift the patient quickly and safely. The entire body is stabilised and supported. This sling is particularly suitable for patients with impairments of the upper body’s postural and musculoskeletal system.

The active stand aid with optimised kinematics

The mobile active stand aid aks-torneo® II is primarily suitable for people with residual mobility. The process of standing up is particularly gentle. Kinematics takes priority: the patient’s movements are optimally supported by the lifter.
