As a further development of the aks hygiene sling, this is the most comfortable solution for toileting. The sling provides more support in the back area and improved seating comfort thanks to particularly wide, padded leg supports. A head support can also be attached.

The harness, specially developed for patients with limited trunk stability, provides comfortable support for the entire body. The high back section with removable aluminium stiffeners, as well as the integrated head support, increase safety during use and improve comfort. In addition, the integrated padding of the leg supports enhances sitting comfort for pressure-sensitive users and gives the harness its name. The colour-coded loops allow multiple adjustment options for the harness and flexible positioning. Several grab loops on the outside assist the caregiver when “manoeuvring” the patient.

In addition to the standard functions – lifting, transferring and repositioning a person – the aks-foldo® can also be used in the bathroom thanks to the electronically safeguarded swivel function. The lifting sling for heavy-weight individuals

The aks-goliath® sling is one of the flexible body support systems whose woven fabrics adapt optimally to the patient’s body. The extremely tear-resistant polyester straps provide reinforcement. The shoulder loops are adjustable in 5 positions and the leg loops in 4 positions. The back section and the leg supports offer an additional special feature: they are padded with so-called pressure-elastic 3D textile. Two layers of fabric are kept at a predefined distance by a cushioning layer. This creates a microclimate with thermo- and moisture-regulating properties. As a rule, this high-quality sling is used with the aks-goliath® heavy-duty hoist for the basic care of obese people up to a maximum body weight of 250 kg.
