Description of servoprax® cold/hot compresses
The affordable multi-use “cold/hot” compresses consist of a gel-filled pouch that stores cold or heat. Easy to use, particularly cost-effective, durable and with a long-lasting cooling and/or warming effect. Ideal for sprains, strains, swelling and burns. Can be used for fever, headaches and bruising. There is a suitable size for every area. All individual compresses are supplied without the protective cover shown!!

Instructions for use
Use as a cold compress:
Place in the freezer for approx. 2 hours; the compress is then ready for use. To avoid cold burns, place a thin cloth between the compress and the skin; a thin layer of tissue may also be sufficient. – Alternatively, use the SERVOPRAX set shown below.
Use as a hot compress:
Place in almost boiling water for approx. 5–10 minutes. Here too, to avoid burns, place a thin cloth or a damp towel between the compress and the skin.
