Dog paws are heavily used every day and are exposed all year round to various stresses and environmental influences such as heat, rough surfaces, ice, snow, road salt and cold. ARDAP Anti-Flea Dog Shampoo: 250 ml
This special shampoo keeps fleas and ticks away thanks to its repellent effect; at the same time it cleans and smooths your pet’s coat. The coat stays fresh and hygienic. Directions for use:
Unlock the spray pump by turning the lock on the spray head and adjust the strength of the spray jet. Brush the animal’s coat against the grain to expose the skin. Spray the animal thoroughly with ARDAP Flea Spray from a distance of 5–10 cm until the entire coat is slightly damp. Particularly important areas are the neck and the base of the tail, as fleas and ticks tend to be found there more frequently. Avoid sensitive areas such as the eyes and ears. One spray equals 0.2 ml. Dose 8 sprays per 500 g of the animal’s body weight. No waiting time required. The duration of effect is approx. one week and may vary depending on the environment and coat type. In the event of re-infestation, repeat the treatment at one-week intervals. ARDAP Spot-On for Dogs: 3 tubes
ARDAP Spot-On with the active ingredient pyrethrum from chrysanthemum is a highly effective product for external use on dogs. Thanks to its repellent effect, ARDAP Spot-On provides reliable, long-lasting protection against ticks (Rhipicephalus sanguineus, Ixodes ricinus) and fleas (Ctenocephalides felis, Ctenocephalides canis). A single application of one ARDAP SPOT-ON tube protects for up to 4 weeks against re-infestation with ticks and fleas. The treatment can be repeated if the previously treated dog has repeatedly been caught in heavy rain or has been in water. Pyrethrum is obtained as an extract from a chrysanthemum flower, which is largely grown and harvested in the Kenyan highlands. The insect-repelling and deterrent effect (repellent) has been known for millennia: even in ancient China and Persia, this active ingredient was demonstrably used and was widely known and popular for use on humans and animals as “Persian insect powder” or “Dalmatian insect powder”. ARDAP Spot-On contains natural pyrethrum (pyrethrins) as its sole active ingredient, which should not be confused with the synthetically produced active ingredient permethrin (pyrethroids). Alternatively, we recommend the ARDAP tick and flea protection collar for dogs.

Directions for use:
For prevention of tick infestation (castor bean tick (Ixodes ricinus) and brown dog tick (Rhipicephalus sanguineus)) and flea infestation (Ctenocephalides felis, Ctenocephalides canis). A single application prevents tick and flea infestation for up to 4 weeks. ARDAP Spot-On is a clear, pale solution for application to the skin of dogs. The dosage corresponds to the weight indication on the packaging. Apply the full contents of the tube. To do so, part the coat and drip the required amount directly onto the skin in the neck area. Make sure to apply the tube contents in such a way that the dog cannot lick it off. The treatment can be repeated after two weeks if the active ingredient has been washed off the dog. In households with multiple animals, the animals should be kept separate after application until the product has dried to prevent them drying each other off. Do not use on dogs under three months of age. Do not use on sick or convalescent animals. Dogs with skin lesions, especially at the intended application site, should be excluded from treatment.

Wiping out the ears with cotton buds or ear tweezers is an unpleasant and painful procedure for the dog. A frequent consequence is injuries to the sensitive skin of the ear canal, caused by the animal’s defensive movements. The effectiveness of this method is also doubtful, as it often merely pushes the earwax together in the lower part of the ear canal, where it then remains as a hard plug. Hold up the tip of the ear with one hand, fill the ear cup with Canosept Ear Cleaner warmed to hand temperature until the liquid level is visible. Directions for use:
Before first use, remove the cap and cut off the very front part of the dosing tip. After use, close the tip tightly again with the cap. First, the wound should be cleaned of contaminants such as dirt, blood and deposits. For optimal wound care, Canosept wound gel is then applied thinly to the affected area and the wound bandaged if necessary. Dressings, gauze, plasters and compresses can also be moistened with the gel. Canosept wound gel can be used several times a day and over a longer period of time and remains in place until the next dressing change. Application is pain-free and very well tolerated. Use within 12 weeks after opening. Ideal for use on cats or other pets as well.
