Description of stool specimen collector
Modern flush toilets make it very difficult to obtain uncontaminated stool samples. In addition to the effect of water, toilet cleaners or fragrance additives in the toilet water can distort the results. This ideal paper specimen collector solves the problem: it is hung in the toilet using self-adhesive tabs and then—after the sample has been taken—flushed away. There is no risk of blockage. An ideal aid for collecting samples, also for occupational physicians who need to monitor employees’ health on an ongoing basis.
