- Storage at higher temperatures (up to 40°C) possible for up to 1 month. Storage at higher temperatures (up to 40°C) generally leads to faster and greater creaming, a more pronounced drop in pH value, a darker colour, and accelerated vitamin degradation.
- Opened containers can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

Enteral nutrition is generally indicated when the ability to maintain adequate normal nutrition is absent or limited, in particular in cases of:
- Increased energy and nutrient requirements
- Catabolic diseases
- Impaired wound healing
- Fluid restriction (e.g. in renal insufficiency during dialysis)
- Loss of appetite
- Convalescence
- Chronic inflammatory bowel diseases

Contraindications:
- General contraindications for enteral nutrition such as intestinal atony, ileus, acute gastrointestinal bleeding.
- Not suitable in severe malabsorption.
