The knee sports support bandage was developed by Hansaplast for compression and joint support. Stabilises and relieves painful, weak or injured knee joints. The patella insert helps to reduce pressure on the kneecap.

The FIGO wrist support is suitable for use in sprains, minor bruising and mild injuries. It stabilises the palm of the hand and thus helps to relieve pain.

Modified according to Gilchrist. The safe bandage for stable fixation of the shoulder and arm and for secure, stable immobilisation of the upper arm/shoulder area. There is no pressure or pain because no strap or bands run over the injury. The forearm and upper arm remain free except for the cuff; the injured area is easy to check and care for. Universally applicable thanks to practical hook-and-loop fasteners. Washable up to 30 °C.

Made of textile; the thumb is fixed with a plastic splint.

The orthosis is made of a three-layer laminated textile:

• Asterix – the polyamide fibre has high resistance to chemical and biological agents, is abrasion-resistant and does not absorb water.

• Moltopren (MTP) – air-permeable open-cell polyurethane foam (airflow in both directions is inversely proportional to the foam density) with high moisture-absorbing properties.

• Jersey Cotone SOFT – 100% cotton or cotton with elastane – elastane (for increased elasticity).

The laminated composite acts as a moisture regulator: the cotton fabric absorbs body perspiration and transfers it to the PU foam and outwards.
