When feeding our horses, there are increasing barriers to overcome in order to ensure as natural a diet as possible. Toxin contamination in roughage, as well as excessive protein supply, are often the causes of metabolic overload. Calcium intake plays a major role in raw feeding in particular. This can only be achieved through sufficient bone feeding. Not every dog can or wants to eat bones, and for cats feeding whole prey animals (mice or chicks) is not always straightforward either. Organic black cumin sticks can contribute to a positive change in the intestinal environment when fed.
