The simulation model accurately represents a dog’s hind leg, both in appearance and in functional anatomy.
The modular system enables the following techniques:
Venipuncture of the lateral saphenous vein in the lower leg, as well as intramuscular and subcutaneous injections in the thigh.
Each complete model includes: a lower-leg venipuncture / IV trainer, a thigh injection trainer, an IV line and an IV bag pre-filled with our Sim Blood.

Thanks to its highly realistic construction, the Rufus bandaging training manikin is a comprehensive learning tool for intensive care students. The life-size model is ideal for practising practical skills and modern bandaging techniques. In addition to first-aid measures, the training manikin can also be used to practise mouth-to-nose ventilation. The knee, elbow, carpal and hock joints on the left side can be moved up to 90°. The shoulder and hip joints can also be rotated up to 90°. With the new features, students can now also practise the Velpeau sling on the right forelimb and the Ehmer sling on the right hindlimb.

The model is divided into two parts in the sagittal plane, allowing the internal anatomy of the gastrointestinal, reproductive and excretory systems to be displayed.

In addition to rescue breaths, this trainer enables trainees to learn chest compressions with correct hand position, compression depth and rhythm. For advanced training, an IV access can be established. The training dog features indicator lights for correct ventilation volume, correct hand position and correct compression depth. An audible signal and a light indicate when compressions are too forceful. With correct ventilation, the chest rises and falls. Supplied with carry bag, 3 lungs, 10 nose pieces and three lungs.

The following can be practised on the CasPeR CPR training dog: correct ventilation, correct chest compressions, correct hand position, correct compression depth, and delivery of the exact ventilation volume. With correct ventilation, the chest rises and falls. The model has no visual feedback function. Correct performance must be assessed by the instructor. The airways can be replaced quickly and easily to ensure safe and hygienic handling.

As the feline counterpart to the emergency dog Critical Care Jerry, Critical Care Fluffy is a life-size, realistic cat model.

It features all the characteristics of Critical Care Jerry – trachea, oesophagus, epiglottis, tongue, movable jaw and functional lungs. Designed for CPR, veterinarians can practise various resuscitation techniques on the cat. In addition, restraint, bandaging and venepuncture (there are multiple puncture sites) can be practised. Critical Care Fluffy is supplied with a carry bag, artificial blood, IV reservoir, IV holder, 5 disposable lungs, an endotracheal tube and a syringe.

This handy model shows, on one side, the healthy anatomy with cochlea, auditory ossicles, auditory tube (Eustachian tube), tympanic cavity, middle ear, eardrum, the vertical and horizontal parts of the external auditory canal, auricular cartilage, ear muscle and temporalis muscle; on the opposite side, inner ear structures with diseases, an inflammatory exudate in the tympanic cavity, an ear canal partially occluded by cell hyperplasia, as well as a reddened (inflamed) outer ear.

This model of the heart of a medium-sized dog can be taken apart into two parts. Once the front wall of the heart has been removed, the model clearly shows the ventricles, heart valves and atria. On a base.

Nine conditions are illustrated: missing premolar, gingival recession, retained deciduous tooth, worn incisors, gingivitis, plaque, dental calculus (tartar), periodontitis, broken canine tooth. The jaw can be closed, opened and, for better assessment, also taken apart.

This training model depicts the left forelimb of a medium-sized dog in a lying position (sternal recumbency) and is equipped with two interchangeable sleeves – normal coat for routine blood sampling and a “shaved” area for inserting an IV catheter. The interchangeable vein system allows actual blood collection. The model is also ideal for practising bandaging and restraining/assisting. The robust, self-supporting design enables students to practise alone or in a team. Perfect for veterinary training institutions and training courses for veterinary technicians and veterinary assistants. Included are a portable storage box with an integrated infusion stand, blood powder, syringe, IV catheter and two fluid bags.
