Which resistance should I choose?
The choice of resistance should be matched to the exercise and your own abilities; also, not every muscle in the body is equally strong. That’s why: for optimum training results, bands in different strengths are necessary.
The aim is not to “tear” the band, but to train in a controlled way: yield to the resistance in good time and build it up again, while being mindful of the Rubber-O’s colour/resistance selection.
