For individuals with incontinence who require care, we also provide a new service in the form of our care package. If the person in need of care has an officially recognized care level (0, 1, 2, or 3) and is being cared for by relatives or neighbors (with or without the assistance of an outpatient care service), they may be eligible to receive the necessary care supplies free of charge on a monthly basis through reimbursement from their health insurance.
