Please make sure when placing your order to select whether you require an assembly service for the bed or not (variant selection – with or without assembly):
If you order the bed with assembly service, an installation appointment must be arranged via our customer support. Due to capacity constraints, a prompt installation appointment after delivery cannot always be guaranteed, so you may need to allow for some waiting time between delivery and assembly.
Please also note that the bed is delivered by the manufacturer “kerbside delivery” only – as a rule, it is not delivered to the place of installation. By the agreed installation date, it must be ensured that the bed to be assembled is already at the final installation location and that the premises are suitably prepared for assembly in terms of space and cleanliness.
