Mobile patient shower and transport trolley, for transferring a resident/patient in a lying position from the nursing bed to the care area and back.

The TR 3000 electric shower trolley offers, thanks to its unique design, a number of features that make operation and handling with the resident/patient easier. To cover as wide a care area as possible, the shower trolley is available in 3 different lengths.

SAFETY CHASSIS with two front twin swivel castors Ø 75 mm and two rear smooth-running swivel castors Ø 100 mm, each with a brake. Includes support for straight-line tracking via an additional locking option on the front castors. The complete drive concept is integrated into the chassis under a plastic cover.

TILT ADJUSTMENT consisting of two locking levers fitted at both ends of the shower trolley, enabling operation at any time. The lying surface can be adjusted in tilt by approx. 5 degrees in both directions.

LIFT MAST made of rust-free stainless steel. The asymmetrical position of the lift mast enables easier positioning of the resident/patient, as the lateral arrangement allows the bed to be approached/straddled more easily.

SHOWER PLATFORM, fully enclosed all around and padded for a comfortable lying position for the resident/patient. Both side sections can be folded down to facilitate positioning of the resident/patient, with the side rail on the resident side lying horizontally on the bed. This ensures easy transfer. Thanks to its special coating, the surface of the platform is non-porous and therefore easy to clean and disinfect. The shower platform has 2 drain openings, each with a drain plug and thread for attaching the drain hose. The shower trolley is also equipped with a neck cushion and a drain hose.

The TR 3200 electric shower trolley is specially designed for higher loads of up to 200 kg. Thanks to its robust yet flexible design, the shower trolley can be used not only in many areas of care but also for transporting bariatric residents/patients. The padded shower mattress is fully enclosed all around, providing safety at all times and ensuring a comfortable transfer. The supplied neck cushion supports the resident/patient and increases comfort.

SAFETY CHASSIS with four swivel castors Ø 100 mm, two braked castors and two castors with straight-line tracking. Its well-thought-out design allows the shower trolley to be approached/underrun with a hoist and enables the resident to be picked up from the care bed. This ensures safe support of the resident/patient in all situations.

HEIGHT AND TILT ADJUSTMENT via the shower trolley hand control. In addition to the infinitely variable height adjustment of the shower trolley from 500–900 mm (lying surface), the platform can be tilted by approx. 5 degrees in both directions. When returning the lying surface to the level position, an audible signal sounds and the tilt adjustment stops in the horizontal position.

DROP-DOWN SIDE RAILS. The side rails can be folded down into two positions for easier handling: on the resident side into the horizontal position and on the operator side into the vertical position. This provides an optimal solution for taking on the resident/patient and offers excellent support for staff.

The TR 4200 electric shower trolley is specifically designed for high loads of up to 270 kg. Thanks to its stable yet flexible design, the shower trolley can be used not only in many areas of care, but also for transporting severely bariatric residents/patients.
The padded shower mattress is closed all around, providing safety at all times and comfortable transfers. The supplied neck cushion supports the resident/patient and increases comfort.

SAFETY CHASSIS with four swivel castors, Ø 150 mm, with a central foot lever for locking the wheels or activating straight-line tracking. Its well-thought-out design allows the shower trolley to be accessed underneath with a hoist, ensuring safe lifting of the resident/patient in any situation.

TILT ADJUSTMENT via the shower trolley hand control. The lying surface can be tilted by approx. 5 degrees in both directions. When returning the lying surface to level, a signal tone sounds and the tilt adjustment stops in the horizontal position.

FOLD-DOWN SIDE RAILS. For easier handling, the side rails can be positioned in two settings: horizontal and vertical. This means the resident/patient can be transferred at any time.

BUMPER ROLLERS on all four corners. The shower trolley is equipped with bumper rollers on all four corners, providing additional safety when transferring with the trolley.

BUMPER ROLLERS on all four corners. The shower trolley is fitted with bumper rollers on all four corners, providing additional safety during transfers with the trolley.
