Stülpa-fix is a highly elastic, wide-mesh tubular net bandage for quick fixation of wound dressings on all parts of the body. Even complex dressings can be applied easily in just a few steps.
Application:
For fixation bandages of all types and sizes; for securing padding material on pressure-prone areas of the body.
Size chart
Size 1 = finger bandages
Size 2 = multi-finger bandages, children’s leg and arm bandages
Size 3 = hand and arm bandages, children’s head bandages
Size 4 = foot and leg bandages, children’s trunk bandages
Size 5 = head bandages, children’s trunk bandages
Size 6 = trunk bandages
Size 7 = large trunk bandages
Characteristics:
Thanks to the high elasticity and recovery force of Stülpa-fix, wound dressings are securely held in place even during extreme movements. Dressings made from Stülpa-fix fit smoothly without constricting; they do not slip and do not lose their shape.
Stülpa-fix is easy to apply. The tubular net can be cut at any point and in any direction without tearing or fraying.
To change the wound dressing, the bandage does not need to be removed. Stülpa-fix is simply lifted slightly and the compress is replaced.
The high cotton content ensures good skin compatibility. Stülpa-fix is resistant to fats, ointments and perspiration.
Stülpa-fix can be sterilised (steam A 134 °C).
