Cricothyrotomy places high demands on the skills of the
practitioner and, if there is a lack of practice, can have serious consequences for
patients. Crico Chris enables regular training of lifelike cricothyrotomies without risk. The handy trainer features a
larynx with replaceable cricothyroid ligament and skin. Both
the skin and the cricothyroid ligament are designed so that both can be rotated step by step
through 360° and allow a wide range of exercises
until replacement is required. A special feature of Crico Chris is the blood-filled pouch positioned between the skin
and the ligament; when the incision is made,
blood escapes, making further work more difficult. In addition to lifelike anatomy and realistic haptics, Crico Chris offers
