aluderm® is an exceptionally soft and supple dressing material: aluminium-vapourised wound pad made of polyester nonwoven, very high-absorbency layer (absorbency 1,400 g/m²) and a hydrophobised PP outer layer. aluderm® has many beneficial properties: it does not stick to the wound, does not shed fibres, is highly absorbent, breathable, hypoallergenic, can support skin formation and healing, physiologically safe, without optical brighteners and free from chemical binders.
