A/B large-cell mattress overlay system for Stage I (according to Seiler)
Experience shows that mattresses with a honeycomb-shaped surface are only recommended for short-term care.
However, for periods longer than approx. 6 months, the large-cell version such as Medi-Cell Plus should be chosen!
Large-cell, ribbed surface with 22 cells, 12 of which are Micro-Vent ventilated, individually replaceable (without overlay), made of PVC.
As a general rule, use together with a sheet is recommended. Fitted with tuck-in flaps at the head and foot ends.
Medi-Cell Plus can be equipped with a stretchable, blue waterproof cover made of air-permeable nylon (removable and washable up to 60 °C). Simply unbutton and put into the washing machine for cleaning.
