For securing and covering dressings, and for fastening measuring instruments, cannulas, etc., a wide variety of fixation tapes are required to meet different requirements in terms of indications and skin types.
Made of white nonwoven fabric with synthetic rubber adhesive applied in stripes; water-repellent impregnation; no maceration of the skin thanks to extremely high air and water vapour permeability; particularly suitable for long-term dressings and for patients with hypersensitive skin.
Application:
For all types of dressing fixation, for securing probes, cannulas, catheters or measuring instruments in patients with sensitive skin. Ensure application to dry and clean skin.
Characteristics:
All Omni fixation tapes are hypoallergenic and, due to their adhesive, particularly skin-friendly and breathable.
The tapes can be torn off easily by hand, yet adhere securely and can be removed without leaving any residue.
Omni fixation tapes do not absorb X-rays and therefore do not need to be removed for X-ray examinations.
