Surgical wound, stapled, 22 cm
This wound simulation made of skin-friendly material adheres independently to the skin of a simulation patient, a mannequin or to the supplied base. The wound can be stuck on any part of the body, e.g. over the knee to simulate a wound after knee endoprosthesis surgery, or as a wound after a caesarean section. The soft material moves with the body and can also be applied over joints. If the adhesive strength decreases, it can be reactivated by simply wiping the back with medical alcohol. For longer-term attachment during a course, we recommend a suitable skin adhesive.
