Foot phantom for CT, X-ray and radiotherapy
This phantom is created from real patient data and manufactured using the latest technology. Bones, vessels and soft tissue are depicted authentically, with realistic CT values for all tissues at a tube voltage of 120 kVp in CT. If the phantom is primarily to be used at other tube voltages (e.g. 100 kVp), the calibration of the CT values can be adjusted accordingly on request. The phantom provides realistic tissue contrast in X-ray imaging. Air spaces are filled with a material of approximately -80 Hounsfield units.
The foot phantom provides an extremely realistic simulation of a foot. Pathologies (e.g. fractures, calcifications, bone and soft-tissue tumours) can be integrated on request.
