The Gams was designed to provide the best possible protection against head injuries during water rescue operations, as well as for specialised canyoning deployments.
- Certified as a watersports helmet to DIN EN 1385 and as a climbing helmet to EN12492. Also approved as a ski helmet (EN 1077) and bicycle helmet (EN 1078).
- The robust thermoplastic shell and the inner shell made of impact-absorbing extruded polystyrene provide excellent protection in the event of impacts.
- Comfortable fit and excellent adjustability thanks to the height- and width-adjustable Disk-Fit-Vario adjustment system.
- The side-mounted CASCO-Loc enables quick one-handed opening of the helmet fastener.
- No risk of pinching the skin when closing the helmet.
- All-round reflectors and reflective MyStyle strips ensure 360° visibility of the rescuer
- Winter lining is available as water-repellent Nomex material or in a purely warming version under accessories
