Battery-powered units are the ideal choice when there is no option for a mains connection and the higher output of a rechargeable unit is not required. Typical applications are rotational/strip grazing, horse paddocks and keeping small animals contained around the yard and garden. Application recommendation:
The high-performance battery unit magnus A4500 MC is the right solution for all applications where maximum output is required (e.g. in the area of wildlife deterrence, for very long fences with multiple wires, or extreme grazing conditions). It also keeps longer fences free of vegetation and should only be operated with highly conductive polywires or wires. Thanks to the power-saving circuit (with well-insulated fences, power consumption is reduced to a minimum), operating costs are particularly low.
