Pressure injector for needle-free injection

How it works: A lever tensions a piston which, when triggered, injects a liquid volume of 0.1 ml ± 5% under the skin without a needle via a micro-fine opening using positive pressure (100 bar). This produces a large “wheal” at the injection site. All Dermo-Jets hold 4 ml of medicinal solution, allowing up to 40 injections. The device can be dismantled and can be autoclaved or sterilised by boiling. Anaesthetics must be removed from the Dermojet no later than after 2 days to avoid unwanted deposits.
