To enable bowel irrigations for intensive care patients or during childbirth, an optimised bowel irrigation system is available:

It consists of the proven Economy contrast medium bag with screw cap and shut-off clamp, a sterile 50/60 ml syringe with catheter valve, and a rectal tube with balloon.

Use is very simple: the rectal tube allows irrigation fluid to be introduced from the bag into the bowel in a controlled manner. The bag is then placed on the floor so the contents can flow back, and the system can be disposed of. The syringe is used both for inflating the balloon and for the administration of irrigation fluids if required. With 10 cm tubing and anti-reflux valve, with central inlet, with central push/pull outlet and nonwoven coating for comfortable wear.

Made from particularly skin-friendly fabric, for comfortable and secure fixation.
Available in 5 sizes with an extra-wide, elasticated waistband made from pollutant-free, skin-friendly material. Can be worn on the left or right, suitable for all standard leg bags, with easy bag emptying. The product is washable up to 95°C. Available individually packaged.

the safety enema tube for double contrast

Here you have all the advantages combined in one enema tube: a flexible, soft enema tube with a central and 2 lateral openings, a flat latex balloon with internal air supply. The white foam pad can be moved between the anus and sphincter to achieve an optimal seal. A safety bulb is permanently attached, so that balloon overinflation is completely ruled out. Max. 100 ml of air. The blue-coded air line for double contrast has a funnel connector for connecting the air bulb.
