Babies with increased care needs require special nursing skills, including life-saving care procedures. This newborn model enables medical institutions and nursing staff to teach and learn these procedures and to create specific care plans. This nursing baby was developed for a wide range of training applications, including the training of nursing students. Applicable procedures include tracheostomy care, suction catheter use, feeding tube, and urinary catheter. Other general care measures include bathing, nappy changing and various bandaging techniques. Carry bag included. Tracheostomy tube and feeding tube are not included.
