BURNFREE wound dressings have been developed for effective first aid treatment of burns of any type and severity. They use a soft, open-cell foam as a carrier system, saturated with BURNFREE GEL. The wound dressings:

are sterile; sterile products are preferred by doctors and professional rescue teams as they can reduce the risk of contamination and infection
are lightweight and easy to carry, and flexible enough to adapt to all body contours
contain a sufficient amount of viscous gel, which can be delivered to and retained at the burn site with maximum effectiveness by means of highly absorbent foam
can be prepared easily without the use of cutting tools for a specific situation or adjusted on site (e.g. for facial injuries, intubation, ...)
are non-adherent and release neither fibres nor particles that could then become embedded and grow into the wound

Vasuflo by DISPOMED is an infusion set used for peripheral venepuncture for short-term injection and infusion therapy. Description

A very powerful, easy-to-hold double-action air pump in which both the pull and the push of the piston pump air into the air chamber. The angled nozzle fits perfectly into the 5 mm Ø air valves of Dr. Winkler air cushions. Size approx. 29 cm long, 5.5 cm Ø.

The watering can made of durable, flexible foil can be folded down small and is easy to take with you when travelling, when visiting the cemetery or on the balcony. Practical to use thanks to 2 reinforced handles. Capacity approx. 2.5 litres. Colours: bordo red and lido blue. Size approx. 28 x 35 cm.

For the examination, do not fully inflate the two large air chambers; this creates a comfortable hollow for the infant. The short air chamber is used to position the head and for stabilisation. The air chambers are fitted into a frame cover made of firm white cotton fabric – for hygiene, a terry cloth cover with a waterproof PU coating is placed on top. The cushion is soft and pleasantly warm – a good prerequisite for calming the infant and creating a relaxed atmosphere for both child and examiner.
