THE PAX WASSERKUPPE L - FT2 EMERGENCY BACKPACK WITH TWO FRONT POCKETS
For the PAX Wasserkuppe L-FT2 emergency backpack, we have expanded our basic model with two spacious front pockets. You can use this Wasserkuppe as part of a 2-backpack system and organise it just as clearly as it is flexibly configurable. The removable centre divider module is designed for intubation. We supply the Wasserkuppe L-FT2 with nine transparent inner pockets. It is POS-compatible and you can choose from various materials.
FLAT CERVICAL COLLAR COMPARTMENT AT THE FRONT
On the front of the Wasserkuppe L, we have integrated an especially long, flat compartment in which you can store a cervical collar (however, depending on the collar manufacturer, this can sometimes lead to damage to the material). Behind this compartment, a side zip gives you access to the separate document compartment.
MAIN COMPARTMENT WITH A “HEAD” – AND MANY ELASTIC LOOPS
In the main compartment, this backpack shows its true organisational talent. You can arrange PAX inner pockets very freely inside the compartment. The Velcro strips, backed and stitched in concealed along the edges, hold them securely in place. Around the inside frame of the main compartment, we have fitted several wide elastic loops. This is where you can stow, for example, masks for quick access. If required, you can remove the elastic band or replace it. In addition, we have attached flat transparent pockets in the frame. This means, for example, you have non-sterile examination gloves immediately to hand. All PAX Wasserkuppe elastic loops are marked either red for circulation support equipment or blue for airway management equipment. Combined with the colour-coded inner pockets, this helps you to organise the contents thematically in the backpack.
MORE SPACE WITH TWO FRONT POCKETS
The PAX Wasserkuppe L-FT2 offers you two large front pockets. The upper front pocket of the emergency backpack has loops inside the lid and on the sides. You also receive two FT inner pockets with Velcro attachment for it. The lid loops and inner pockets can be used at the same time. You can use the side loops if you omit at least one inner pocket. We have equipped the lower front pocket with four loops for infusions and additional loops for infusion sets. You can combine both front pockets with the PAX Organizing-System (POS) using PAX modules XL or smaller (ampoule case, intubation, infusion).
A WELL-THOUGHT-OUT DESIGN
You can carry your PAX Wasserkuppe crosswise or lengthwise, because we have fitted it with two handles. These can be disinfected easily and, thanks to their striking colour, can be grabbed immediately even in a hurry. You can remove and replace the shoulder straps yourself if they become so dirty through frequent use that regular washing no longer helps. If you ever get caught on something, you can release the backpack using the side-release buckles on the straps.
The permanently riveted feet of the PAX Wasserkuppe create a distance from the ground. So you can set your backpack down in dirt if needed. If the feet wear out, you can either replace them yourself or use our repair service. When you open the backpack fully, the sliders of the main zip run into a zip garage made of particularly hard-wearing material. This increases their service life and protects them from abrasion.
HIGHLY VISIBLE: REFLECTIVE STRIPS ON FIVE SIDES
Better safe than sorry: that’s why we equip the Wasserkuppe with reflective strips on five sides. Together with the PAX triangle on the front and back, they provide a clear warning effect. The reflective elements are sewn in with a concealed seam. This is more complex to manufacture, but significantly increases the service life of these visibility features. For subsequent labelling of your backpack, you can use the five-centimetre-wide loop (Velcro) strip on the front. You can find matching reflective strips in our shop (LINK).
The serial number of PAX Wasserkuppe backpacks is always located on the upper handle.
