Immunochromatographic test for the qualitative detection of Influenza A and B
In the presence of infections with various Influenza A subtypes, including H1N1 (the causative agent of so-called swine flu), H3N2 as well as avian influenza subtypes such as H5N3, H7N3, H9N2 and H5N1, this test gives positive results, as it does for the B variant.

The CLEARTEST Influenza rapid test should be carried out as soon as possible after the onset of typical flu symptoms, such as rapidly rising fever with sudden onset of illness, as well as severe sore throat, headache and aching limbs. If these symptoms are indeed influenza, influenza treatment should be started no later than 48 hours after onset in order for the therapy to be effective. Especially during peak flu seasons, ensure you have sufficient stock of the CLEARTEST Influenza rapid test.
