Coniotomy places high demands on the skills of the practitioner and, with insufficient practice, can have serious consequences for patients. Crico Chris enables regular training of lifelike coniotomies without risk. This handy trainer features a larynx with replaceable conic ligament (Ligamentum conicum) and skin. Both the skin and the Lig. conicum are designed so that they can be rotated step by step through 360°, allowing a wide range of exercises until replacement is required. A special feature of Crico Chris is the blood-filled pouch placed between the skin and the ligament; when the incision is made, blood escapes and makes subsequent work more difficult. In addition to lifelike anatomy and realistic haptics, Crico Chris offers excellent value for money and high cost-efficiency.

This cricothyrotomy tape allows the conical ligament (Lig. conicum) to be cut during cricothyrotomy. After each cut, the tape is rotated slightly further so that the entire circumference can be used.

Reinforced skin for the "Crico Chris" cricothyrotomy trainer. After the incision, this skin allows you to simply rotate it a little further so that a new area is available for the next cut. This makes the skin almost 360° rotatable and therefore enables intensive use before it needs to be replaced.

By placing these bags under the skin, Crico Chris bleeds during cricothyrotomy. For a more realistic training experience.
