The lifting sling for bariatric patients
The aks-goliath® sling is one of the flexible body support systems whose fabric materials adapt optimally to the patient’s body. The extremely tear-resistant polyester straps provide reinforcement. The shoulder loops are adjustable in 5 positions and the leg loops in 4 positions. The back section and the leg supports offer an additional special feature: they are padded with so-called pressure-elastic 3D textile material. Two fabric layers are kept at a predefined distance by a padding layer. This creates a microclimate that provides thermal and moisture regulation. In principle, this high-quality sling is used with the aks-goliath® heavy-duty patient lift for the basic care of obese people up to a maximum body weight of 250 kg.
