Fresubin Energy Drinks are a fibre-free oral nutritional supplement drink with a high energy density (300 kcal per EasyDrink – 1.5 kcal/ml).
Fresubin Energy Drinks provide a balanced fatty acid profile for the cardiovascular system, blood vessels and the immune system.
An intake that meets requirements for vitamins and trace elements is ensured from 3 EasyDrinks daily.
In the single-flavour cartons you receive 24 EasyDrinks of the desired flavour; to be able to try all 6 flavours, we also offer a mixed carton with 4 EasyDrinks of each of the 6 flavours.

Dosage: - Average daily dose for supplementary nutrition: 2–3 EasyDrinks
- Average daily dose for exclusive nutrition: 5–7 EasyDrinks

Storage of the nutrition - Optimal storage conditions at room temperature (15°C to 25°C).
- Refrigerated storage (up to 4°C) is possible for 3 months without loss of quality; however, Fresubin Energy Drink Chocolate should not be stored below 15°C.
- Storage at higher temperatures (up to 40°C) is possible for up to 1 month. Storage at higher temperatures (up to 40°C) generally causes faster and greater creaming, a more pronounced drop in pH, a darker colour and accelerated vitamin degradation.
- Opened containers can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

Indications: Enteral nutrition is generally indicated in cases of absent or limited ability to achieve adequate normal nutrition, in particular in:
- Increased energy and nutrient requirements
- Wasting diseases
- Loss of appetite
- Convalescence
- Chronic inflammatory bowel diseases

Contraindications: - General contraindications for enteral nutrition such as intestinal atony, ileus.
- Relative contraindication in hepatic insufficiency, renal insufficiency, acute pancreatitis depending on status. Metabolic disorders or intolerance to an ingredient contained in Fresubin Energy Drink.
- Not suitable for children under 1 year.
