Foam Cleaner S
Acidic foam cleaner based on phosphoric acid

Foam Cleaner S is a universally applicable acidic cleaner that can be used manually, as an immersion cleaner or as a foam cleaner.
An optimal combination of effective surfactants and emulsifiers removes even the most stubborn soiling, such as hard encrustations, deposits and protein residues. An inhibitor included reduces corrosion on aluminium.
Foam Cleaner S is also very suitable for cleaning ham moulds.
Foam Cleaner S dissolves deposits in cooking kettles. Egg white and blood encrustations, rust and general soiling are removed.

Application:
The use concentration of Foam Cleaner S depends on the degree of soiling and is generally 5–10%.
After a contact time of 20–30 minutes, rinse off with water.
When cleaning ham moulds, the concentration should not exceed 3%.

Material compatibility:
Foam Cleaner S can be used on stainless steel systems without concern. When used on aluminium and galvanised steel, material removal will occur.
