The Dr. Winkler centre pillow is a head pillow with an inflatable inner insert for comfortable central positioning of the head and stable support of the cervical spine.

The inner insert of the centre pillow measures 34×34 cm and has a hole in the middle. The height and firmness of the pillow are easily adjusted by the amount of air.

The centre pillow consists of three parts: the inflatable inner insert, a padded quilted fleece cover, and on top of that a centre pillow cover made of 100% cotton fabric in the colours white or medium blue.

The inflatable inner insert has a free-flow air valve for quick inflation and deflation.
Do not inflate the inner insert too firmly; this keeps the pillow soft, dimensionally stable and allows it to adapt very well to the neck and head.
The hand-sewn fleece cover is made of high-quality polyester fleece and is sewn into a 100% white cotton fabric.
The pillowcase for the centre pillow is also hand-sewn from 100% cotton fabric and has a zip.
The three individual parts—inflatable inner insert, fleece cover and pillowcase—fit neatly into one another, can be easily separated and washed.
All parts can also be purchased individually: centre pillow inner insert, centre pillow cover white, centre pillow cover blue, centre pillow fleece cover.
Without air, the centre pillow can be folded up small and is easy to take with you when travelling.
The centre pillow can be inflated in a short time by mouth or with an air pump.
