Please check when placing your order whether you require an assembly service for the bed or not (variant selection – with or without assembly):
If you order the bed with assembly service, an installation appointment must be arranged via our customer support. For capacity reasons, a prompt installation appointment after delivery cannot always be guaranteed, so some waiting time between delivery and assembly may need to be expected.
Please also note that the bed is delivered by the manufacturer only “to the kerbside” – as a rule, it is not delivered to the place of installation. For the agreed installation date, it must be ensured that the bed to be assembled is already at its final place of installation and that the premises are prepared accordingly for assembly in terms of space and cleanliness.
