OLIVER resistance band for compensating movement deficits and for strengthening and stretching the muscles. Whether in the office, at the gym or at home, the body band is always a loyal training partner.
The bands are made from natural latex. Latex ensures optimal resistance build-up and is a hallmark of quality for resistance bands. We only recommend switching to latex-free bands if you have a corresponding allergy.
The colours indicate the different resistance levels:
yellow - light
red - medium
green - strong
blue - extra strong
The 25 m bands are supplied on a roll with an unwinding aid. The easiest way is to pull the band through the slot on the back of the packaging; then it can be unwound easily and cut to the desired length.
