For moist wound management of clinically non-infected, low to moderately exuding wounds with poor healing tendency and prolonged granulation formation, e.g. for leg ulcers (ulcus cruris) or pressure ulcers (decubitus); for second-degree burns. thin the thinner dressing with low absorbency is preferably used in the epithelialisation phase.
