The Dederon fixation bandage is lightly elastic and therefore does not constrict, so blood circulation is not impaired. It is suitable for all types of retention bandages, e.g. for securing wound dressings or padding material. In addition, it can be used as a carrier fabric for zinc paste bandages as well as as an emergency bandage for first aid.
