Directions for use:

Use like a normal shower gel for the intimate area. Rub a few drops of sebamed Intimate Wash Gel with water in your hand to create a soft foam. Gently cleanse the external genital area and rinse off the foam thoroughly. Also suitable for use as a sitz bath; add a few drops to the bath water. Vaginal douching is generally not recommended due to the risk of irritation or damage to the mucous membranes.
