The tongue is flexible. The teeth are made of hard plastic, so a mouth gag can also be used.
Epiglottis and soft palate are present.
The dog’s head is mounted on a stand. The stand is designed so that intubation can be performed both in an upright position and in a recumbent (supine) position.
The stand also provides a means of verifying correct performance of the intubation.
A clamp included in the scope of delivery ensures a stable footing.
